Pod Talent is excited to partner up with a leading UK company providing supply chain and manufacturing solutions for high-tech industries who is looking for a Supply/Production Planner to join their team in Hampshire for 6 months initially.

You will:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while ensuring optimal inventory levels
- Utilise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to manage inventory levels, forecasts, and production schedules
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to prevent production delays by analysing supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements
About you…
- Strong experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials management in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in utilising MRP/ERP systems with extensive experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Background in engineering, industrial components, or related sectors
- Exceptional ability to navigate complex challenges in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Strong communication and influencing skills to work effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management capabilities
