Are you ready to lead and inspire change in social housing? We're looking for a dynamic Head of Repairs and Maintenance to join our team and make a tangible difference in the lives of tenants.


As the Head of Repairs and Maintenance, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for asset management, compliance, and building safety across the housing stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality asset management services underpinned by reliable evidence and clear improvement plans.
  • Set ambitious performance targets and drive exceptional customer care through team excellence.
  • Champion resident-led plans aligned with the Council's values and aspirations.

What We're Looking For

  • A property-related degree holder and Chartered Member of RICS (or equivalent professional body), or substantial relevant experience.
