Salary:
Per Day: 200 - 230 PAYE or 265 - 305 Umbrella (Inside IR35).
Product Support (Lab Support Coordinator)Role:
- Onsite handling of customer issues and enquiries liaising with other Business areas to provide support.
- Identification and troubleshooting of issues on site.
- Conducting installations, commissioning and go-live support.
- Conducting and design of internal and external training.
Your Background:
- Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline).
- Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired).
- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired).
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with hardware used in pathology particularly biochemistry/blood sciences.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous).
- Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving licence.
- Passport (required for overseas training).
