Role: General Manager Location: Near Winchester (New Alresford)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

We are seeking passionate and driven General Manager to join their growing team as they strive to establish themselves as a leading destination for food, drinks, and hospitality in the area.

In this leadership role, you'll be empowered to shape the future of the Restaurant. You'll build a team you're proud of, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive. By leading by example, you'll ensure a positive and successful experience for both your team and the valued customers.

You will -

• Be hands on running the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere.
• Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Creating and implementing efficient rotas (completed 4 weeks in advance), managing stock, and overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service.
• Continuously looking to improve by bringing creativity and fresh ideas to enhance their offering, service, and overall guest experience.
