Our client is an established, friendly company who are seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for processing day to day financial transactions accurately. Duties will include:
- Processing / issuing invoices and credit notes
- Credit control
- Processing receipts in the bank
- Processing authorised supplier invoices, preparing and processing supplier payments
- Banking and bank reconciliation, as well as cash / credit card reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Some general administration
The company are ideally looking for someone to work between 15-20 hours per week over 3-4 days. Ideally you will have strong Sage and Excel experience and a background within Finance in a similar role.
