Dunbar Education is proud to be recruiting for a Teacher of English on behalf of an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Academy in NW Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and committed English teacher to join the school on a permanent, full-time basis starting in January 2025. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality and engaging English lessons that inspire and motivate students
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and track student progress, providing meaningful feedback

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching English
  • Experience teaching English to secondary school students (ages 11-16) in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK (essential)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and student success


Salary:

  • Main Pay Scale (MPS) / Upper Pay Scale (UPS) dependent on experience
