Sonic Summary
- We are seeking Fit Out Boat Builders for a long-term contract with a leading luxury boat manufacturer in Hampshire.
- Candidates should have experience in boat building and be able to start immediately, with a requirement of at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- The position offers a salary of £22-£25 per hour and allows for flexible working hours across 4 or 5 days a week.
- Duties include reading drawings, fitting boat furniture, and basic upholstery work among other responsibilities.

We are looking for boat buildings who can hit the ground running for a long term contract in Hampshire outside IR35. Hours are 40 per week and more often than not, there are additional hours that can be picked up. You also have the option of working these hours across 4 or 5 days with flexible start/finish times.
Duties include:
Reading and interpreting drawings
Fitting a variety of boat furniture
Fitting ply bulkheads
Fitting cabin sole bearers and cabin doors
Cladding bulkheads with polished veneered ply
Fitting various fibreglass components
Some basic upholstery / vinyl work
Fitting sole boards
Occasional painting
