A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior financial administrator to work in a growing team, you will be supporting a group of financial advisers working on complex cases. This is a fast paced role and requires great attention to detail and accuracy. You will be working for a growing business that offers ongoing support and training.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Mailbox and answering calls
- Maintain and update client files ensuring compliancy
- Build relationships with clients.
- Provide support to the advisers.
- Preparation of client valuations
- Preparing recommendation reports,
- Process new and existing business reports
- Dealing with external providers and professionals
- Processing of Questionnaires, recording and filing as appropriate.
- Processing probate reports
- Preparing more c recommendation reports,
- Face to face Meetings with clients.
Skills Required
- Previous Admin experience in a IFA environment essential
- Organisation and prioritisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using all programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- A thorough understanding of IFA terminology.
