Accounts Receivable Administrator - Alton, Hampshire

24,000 PA plus 10% company bonus

A leading network and security client of ours is seeking a Accounts Receivable Administrator to join them on a permanent basis based in Alton, Hampshire. Our client is a serious player within the computer networking / cyber security industry and is seeking likeminded people to be a part of their journey.

This role involves managing high-volume processing tasks with accuracy and delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally. If you have strong administrative skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and send invoices and Pro Forma's for fulfilled orders in a timely manner
  • Access portals for electronic invoicing to customers
  • Circulate mid and end-of-month statements to maximize cash collection
  • Set up customer accounts on the system and manage data files
  • Log and allocate cash postings on NetSuite
  • Raise marketing invoices accurately and on time
  • Handle customer and internal queries efficiently
  • Perform any other duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • The ability to work confidentially and manage sensitive information
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • The initiative to work independently and a high level of accuracy in their work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
