The Binsted Inn is looking for ambitious Chef(s) to join our small friendly team.
Ideally, you will know your way around a kitchen and have a couple of years experience in a small but busy outlet. We produce really good quality, freshly prepared meals, so this is a great opportunity for an ambitious person to learn some skills and to develop your knowledge accordingly.
The inn is rapidly gaining a great reputation for food, drinks and service, and is attracting diners from further and further afield.
We are looking to recruit for a Chef for the following:
1. Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm to serve cooked breakfast, lunch service with classics and interesting specials. Large gluten free menu. Prep work and due diligence needed, together with Level 2 food hygiene.
2. Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Flexible Hours - Either work breakfast and lunch or lunch and evening on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday (no evening service on a Sunday). You will be serving cooked breakfast, lunch service with classics and interesting specials. Large gluten free menu. Prep work and due diligence needed, together with Level 2 food hygiene.
Must be a team member and be able to work on own if needed.
Previous kitchen experience essential.
£18 per hour plus tips and company pension.
