This role requires a confident and persuasive communicator with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients within their target market
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and introduce services
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs
- Schedule appointments for further discussions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the company directors to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
Candidate attributes and skills required:
- Willing to develop and progress with the role
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales (preferred, but not essential for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
