Our client is offering a salary between 35-45k+ a competitive commission scheme, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working, and more!You should have recent technical or engineering sales experience, ideally with a focus on electric motors. You'll excel in a small team environment, driving business growth through your own initiatives.As the Internal Sales Manager, you will benefit from:• Salary offering between 35-45k per annum• Competitive commission scheme• 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and a 1:30pm finish on a Friday (30 minutes for lunch)• Option to work from home on Fridays• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (plus Christmas closure.)• Free on-site parking• Working with a friendly teamAs the Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:• Identify new target customers and respond to incoming sales inquiries.• Manage CRM records, prepare quotations, and process sales orders.• Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and customers for optimal product selection.• Attend trade shows and handle export licenses when required.Who we're looking for:The ideal candidate should have experience with MRP/ERP systems and CRM systems, along with a good understanding of electric motor operations. Technical sales experience and strong communication skills are essential. You'll also be a motivated, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and previous phone sales experience.
