Actively identifying and engaging potential new customer prospects.
Responding promptly to all incoming sales inquiries via web, trade shows, phone, and other channels.
Keeping comprehensive and up-to-date records in the CRM system, along with managing task lists effectively.
Managing inquiries through the entire sales process, from initial contact to securing customer purchase orders.

Sales ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Technical sales experience in an engineering/manufacturing role.
MRP & ERP System knowledge
Demonstrable experience of using CRM systems
