- Actively identifying and engaging potential new customer prospects.
- Responding promptly to all incoming sales inquiries via web, trade shows, phone, and other channels.
- Keeping comprehensive and up-to-date records in the CRM system, along with managing task lists effectively.
- Managing inquiries through the entire sales process, from initial contact to securing customer purchase orders.
- Technical sales experience in an engineering/manufacturing role.
- MRP & ERP System knowledge
