As the Customer Service & Parts Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting farmers and agricultural businesses by ensuring they receive the right parts and expert advice to keep their operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering top-tier customer service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, with a focus on understanding agricultural needs.
- Managing customer orders and handling sales administration efficiently.
- Advising customers on technical queries related to farming machinery and equipment, helping them find tailored solutions.
- Keeping customers informed on order statuses and technical queries to minimise downtime.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing spare parts critical to farming operations.
- Overseeing spare parts inventory, managing goods-in processes, and maintaining reception duties.
- Accurately picking and dispatching parts to meet farmers' urgent requirements.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- A background in agricultural engineering, farming machinery, manufacturing equipment, or a related field.
- Proven experience in parts or stores administration, ideally within the farming or agricultural sector.
- Strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service across various channels.
