As the Customer Service & Parts Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting farmers and agricultural businesses by ensuring they receive the right parts and expert advice to keep their operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering top-tier customer service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, with a focus on understanding agricultural needs.
  • Managing customer orders and handling sales administration efficiently.
  • Advising customers on technical queries related to farming machinery and equipment, helping them find tailored solutions.
  • Keeping customers informed on order statuses and technical queries to minimise downtime.
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing spare parts critical to farming operations.
  • Overseeing spare parts inventory, managing goods-in processes, and maintaining reception duties.
  • Accurately picking and dispatching parts to meet farmers' urgent requirements.
