Machine Operative Team LeaderOur client based in Alton is looking for a Machine Operative Team Leader to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Salary & HoursMonday- Friday- 6 am to 3 pm£12.60 - £14.50 per hourBenefits * Temporary to permanent* Free on-site parking * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * PensionDuties* Operating specialised production machinery* Safety checks on machines to ensure their effective and safe running.* Supervising agency staff working on site.* Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are always adhered to* Reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.* Ensuring customer orders are met to the high standards of quality.* Reporting any issues or non-conformances Skills* Machine operative experience* Experience as a team leader* Good eye for detail * Computer literateDo you have machine operative experience?
