Senior Financial AdministratorSalary depending on experience - Offices in AltonWealth Management BusinessMy client is an independent financial advice business who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Wiltshire. The business has 10+ Advisers who work with c.1000 retirees, City professionals, families and retirees with varying levels of assets ranging from £100k - multiple millions. The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business then this will be the right career move for you.The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for a Financial Administrator. They are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of administration experience who is well versed on end-to-end admin in a wealth planning firm. The role will be based in the office and you will be supporting highly established Advisers who have been in the industry for many years. You will be responsible for processing new business, client servicing, preparing meeting packs, speaking to clients and providers daily, liaising with paraplanners and any general administrative support to aid the advisers in their duties. Knowledge of Intelligent Office would be very advantageous.My client would like to recruit an administrator who can stay in the role for the long term but for the right person there is a route to being a Paraplanner.
