Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00, with 1 hour lunch)
Salary: £23-26kp/a depending on experience
Our client is offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You'll get to showcase your communication skills by engaging with customers and internal teams, all while developing your expertise in order processing, database management, and client liaison. Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and ensuring excellent customer support
- Processing orders on the system, acknowledging and dispatching them through the warehouse portal
- Keeping customer details, product information, and pricing up to date
- Monitoring stock levels, issuing delivery notes, and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Processing purchase orders and managing supplier communications
- Creating reports using Excel and Word
- Ensuring invoices have been paid by the customer before dispatching orders
- Handling daily post, issuing customer statements, and maintaining a filing system
- General other administration support
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Publisher)
- Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to multitask
- Positive attitude toward learning and personal growth
- Experience with CRM systems would be preferable
This role will likely start on a temporary to permanent basis.
