Reed Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Trader (General Builder) for our client based in Alton. Our client provides quality building services, such as extensions and refurbs, to private dowmestic clients throughout North Hampshire typically serving the communities from Winchester to Guildford, and Basingstoke to Petersfield.

You can expect an ongoing long-term position, with no end date in sight if you meet the below requirements:

  • Run jobs and take the hands-on lead 
  • Read and Interpret Drawings
  • Be able to supervise a labourer or two
  • Have good overall general building skills - carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, foundations, brickwork etc
  • Be able to be left to work unsupervised once the director lays out the job at hand for you. and report back with developments and any issues.
  • Be polite and professional within clients' properties
  • Own transport and a reasonable bank of tools
