We are actively recruiting a Customer Service Insurance Advisor working for a thriving insurance business that offers full support and training to help grow your insurance career.

Ideally coming from an insurance background, you will cover a broad range of both personal lines and commercial insurance.  We will also consider strong customer service experience with a drive to launch a career in the insurance industry. You will be based in their Wickham office for the first 3 months of training.

You will cover a broad range of both personal lines and commercial insurance. In your role as a Customer Service Advisor, your foremost goal is to guarantee prompt and effective solutions for every customer inquiry. You will serve as a reliable and approachable point of contact, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs. Your role involves offering expert guidance and furnishing precise information about insurance products.

Your commitment to delivering outstanding service will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and contributing to our overall success.
