Responsibilities:
- Managing all administrative tasks related to warehouse operations
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and inventory - Export/Import
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth logistics and processes
- Assisting with compliance procedures and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Coordinating shipping processes, including documentation
- Handling customer queries and providing exceptional service to meet their needs
- Supporting the warehouse supervisor in day-to-day activities
- Utilising computer systems to manage stock levels and generate reports
- Being proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehousing or logistics environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Familiarity with compliance procedures and health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of export shipping processes, including documentation and customs procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for stock management and reporting
Additional Info:
- 7.30am-5.15pm Monday to Thursday 7.30am-12.15pm on Fridays
- Salary/Rate: 12.25-13.75 per hour
- Start date; ASAP
- Employment Basis: Temp to perm/Permanent
