Trainee Maintenance Engineer

Trainee Maintenance Engineer required for an injection mould and compression company based in Alton. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on manufacturing experience or have a college qualification in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.

• Assist in performing scheduled preventive maintenance on injection moulding machines and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production quality.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic faults on moulding machines and associated systems.
• Aid in the setup and changeover of mould tools and machine parameters under supervision, learning how to optimize cycle times and part quality.

• Hands on mechanical or manufacturing experience
• College qualification in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
• Commutable distance of Alton

• Salary- Circa 25,000
