Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opening and distributing the post.
  • Answering phone calls and passing messages to the Admin team and Advisers.
  • Assisting with booking annual reviews with clients.
  • Preparing client packs for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Building relationships with clients and assisting with queries.
  • Processing and managing letters of authority, including chasing providers for information.
  • Setting up internal meetings as requested by management.
  • Assisting with seminar preparation when required.
  • Undertaking other duties deemed appropriate by management.
  • Reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly over the phone and via email.
  • Financial Services: Experience in Financial Services or a desire to build a career in this profession.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organisation: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Consistently thorough and accurate in all tasks.
