Role details:

We're partnering with an innovative Space company with a close-knit, family culture and large company backing. They're world-class experts in designing, building, and operating impactful space missions. They are looking for a Flight Harness Technician to build and test spacecraft harnesses for a key mission launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Spacecraft Harness build and test (Including ground test cables)
  • Build and test harnesses to required standards IPC-WHMA-620E
  • Cross checking power, signal, and data bus pin-to-pin alignment during build
  • Implement harness design to meet all electrical, grounding, and environmental requirements
  • Liaison with the spacecraft systems team to resolve issues and anomalies
  • Assist with harness routing discussions
  • Carry out appropriate configuration control of the manufactured hardware.
