Machine Operative Team Leader

Our client based in Alton is looking for a Machine Operative Team Leader to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Salary & Hours
Monday- Friday- 6 am to 3 pm
12.60 per hour

Duties
* Operating specialised production machinery
* Safety checks on machines to ensure their effective and safe running.
* Supervising agency staff working on site.
* Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are always adhered to
* Reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.
* Ensuring customer orders are met to the high standards of quality.
* Reporting any issues or non-conformances

Skills
* Machine operative experience
* Experience as a team leader
* Good eye for detail
* Computer literate
