Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their busy administration team. This can be a complex role and requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage their own time, prioritise their workload and multi-task.
路 Based in Alton路 拢24,000 - 拢28,000路 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Job specification:路 First point of contact for answering the office phone and door路 Passing on phone calls and messages to relevant colleagues路 Open and distribute the post 路 Meet and greet visitors into the building 路 Main point of contact for any office enquires and working alongside Operations Assistant 路 Sort refreshments for meetings and ensuring the room is cleared after use路 Overseeing the use of all meeting rooms within the office and communal areas路 Ordering stationary and other office supplies路 Ensure sufficient marketing packs are made up for our new client meetings路 Ensure the marketing / compliance documents are kept stocked路 Setting up internal meetings when requested by management
Person specification:路 Time management and organisation路 Excellent verbal communication skills - telephone and written word路 Very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook路 Adaptable to changing procedures路 Very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook路 Attention to detail路 Experience working in an administrative or team capacity
