Looking for an experienced Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based in Alton working on a planned maintenance contract across the south

Offering a competitive rate of 21.10 umbrella + car allowance and benefits

You will be working to deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.

Requirements:

  • We ask that you have previous experience within a similar role or industry
  • Are happy to travel around service area (company vehicle provided)
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Are an excellent communicator
