Your key responsibilities will be:

Working within a team, as AdminAssistant you will be responsible for processing Sales Orders and Sales Shipments, dealing with incoming calls, stationery, and running reports, also deputising for the General Administrator when required.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • A least 2 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Clar and concise written communication.
