As an Admin Assistantyou will be excited and proud to be working for a unique and well established family owned business supporting the business and its owner.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Working within a team, as AdminAssistant you will be responsible for processing Sales Orders and Sales Shipments, dealing with incoming calls, stationery, and running reports, also deputising for the General Administrator when required.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- A least 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- Clar and concise written communication.
