Fundraising Officer

Our lovely client is looking for an Events Fundraising Officer to support the Challenge Events Manager. You will play a key role in leading the charity鈥檚 larger events, overseeing event logistics, marketing and planning.
This role is full time Monday to Friday 9-5pm, with 3 days at home. You may be required to work some evenings and weekends, depending on events.
Roles and responsibilities:
路 Lead the planning, management, and execution of various fundraising events from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and income goals.
路 Oversee event budgets, managing expenses and revenue targets.
路 Develop and implement marketing strategies for each event as needed.
路 Collaborate with other fundraising teams, proving specialised support and guidance.
路 Cultivate positive relationships with external suppliers, ensuring contract compliance.
路 Take responsibility for all compliance tasks, including documentation related to health and safety, insurance, and risk management, safeguarding the charity鈥檚 reputation.
Requirements:
路 Experience working within a fundraising team at a charity.
路 Experience in project management.
路 Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
路 Ability to work to deadlines.
路 Experience working on multiple projects and the same time.
