Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Process trade sales enquiries and orders using Sage software.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain CRM database.
- Develop product knowledge to support customer needs effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Sage, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
