Hotel Operations Manager - Northwest

The role of our Operations Manager includes:
- Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guests experience.
- Achieving business objectives and maximise the profitability of all outlets.
- Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
- Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can do attitude.
