Your new companyYour new company is a rapidly growing renewable energy solutions SME based in Altrincham. A company who're passionate about generating power from renewable technologies. Your new roleIn your new role as Financial Controller you will become a key member of the senior leadership team and assist with the strategic decision making to add value to what is a exciting and expanding business. You will build robust financial processes from scratch and manage the finance function from the ground up. You will be the first hire in Finance for the SME and be tasked with recruiting a team in 2025. You will will take lead on all forecasting and budgeting processes, ensure high quality financial controls are in place. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this high level strategic role you'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified. You will be familiar working within ambitious owner managed SME's. You will be have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels. You will have the ability to build lead and develop a high-performance team.What you'll get in returnYou will receive a salary of up to £60,000 plus excellent benefits. You will be given the autonomy to improve processes and lead the team using your own management style. You will receive flexible working and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
