Description

Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Involvement in all areas of month end accounts preparation
  • Preparation of accruals and prepayment schedules and reviews to budget
  • Responsible for posting various transactions, including daily banking and tax payments
  • Reviewing various costs accounts
  • Liaising with internal teams to investigate variances and carrying out post investigation actions
  • Completion of the month end management accounts for review
  • Banking
  • Monthly cost analysis

Profile

The candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Finance setting - Required
  • Previous month-end experience - Required
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • Previous Sage experience - Desirable
  • High attention to detail - Required
  • Can do attitude and eagerness to learn & develop - Required
