What you'll do:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in completing the month-end management accounts for review. You will prepare accruals and prepayment schedules, post various transactions into Sage Intacct, including daily banking and tax payments. Your keen eye for detail will be utilised as you review various cost accounts, connect with internal teams to investigate variances, and carry out post-investigation actions. Furthermore, your commitment to teamwork will shine as you support the wider Management Accounts team through cross-training and knowledge sharing.
* Completion of the month end management accounts for review
* Preparation of accruals and prepayment schedules and reviews to budget
* Posting various transactions into Sage Intacct, including daily banking and tax payments
* Reviewing various costs accounts and connecting with internal teams to investigate variances
* Carrying out post investigation actions
* Supporting the wider Management Accounts team through cross training and knowledge sharing
What you bring:
