Description

Assistant Accountant responsibilities include:

Involvement in all areas of month end accounts preparation
Preparation of accruals and prepayment schedules and reviews to budget
Responsible for posting various transactions, including daily banking and tax payments
Reviewing various costs accounts
Liaising with internal teams to investigate variances and carrying out post investigation actions
Completion of the month end management accounts for review
Banking
Monthly cost analysis

Profile

The candidate will have:

Previous experience within a Finance setting - Required
Previous month-end experience - Required
Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Required
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
Previous Sage experience - Desirable
High attention to detail - Required
Can do attitude and eagerness to learn & develop - Required
