Business Support Manager - Payroll, Auditing and Compliance

Are you ready to join a growing team at Novax Recruitment? We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive Office Support to play a key role in our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive capacity, enjoys a variety of responsibilities, and is motivated to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Timesheet Entry: Accurate input and management of contractor timesheets.
  • Invoicing: Preparation and distribution of invoices.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee incoming compliance documentation to meet our internal standards.
  • Credit Control: Confidently follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clear records.
  • Reports: there will be a number of reports on excel that need updating and maintaining
  • Building new reports
  • Helping Audit Quality along side the people and culture manager

You'll also collaborate with our Learning and Development Manager, supporting quality assurance and HR-related functions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable with payment follow-ups, and a detail-oriented approach to working with numbers.
  • Experience: Recruitment experience is a bonus, though not required
  • What We Offer: Salary: 25- 30k
  • Working Hours: 37 hours per week, We can be flexible on start and finish times.
