My client, a successful, family-run investment business are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. They are based in Hale, Altrincham and are recruiting on a full-time, permanent basis.

Benefits:

  • Salary – £25,000 to £28,000 per annum, DOE
  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm

Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will perform various duties and be responsible for maintaining general filing across the business, ensuring a high level of accuracy and detail is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining general company record systems, both paper and electronic, accurately
  • Maintaining an efficient and well-organised filing system for easy storage and retrieval
  • Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and financial statements
  • Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
  • Taking care of all correspondence between internal and external stakeholders, including both telephone and email
  • Creating and proofreading documents, as well as drafting emails
  • General ad hoc administrative duties to support the business

Specification:

  • Previous experience within a high-volume, administrative position is essential
  • Previous Personal Assistant/Secretarial experience would be advantageous
  • Being a succinct and clear communicator, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Competent computer skills, with a particular focus on MS office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
