About the Company - Our Client, a UK leading digital media solutions provider has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join their friendly team, working as an important link between the finance and commercial team.

The Role

Working within the Accounts team and providing support for the Commercial Department as a successful Contracts Administrator your duties will include:

    • Helping to draw up new contracts and contract extensions for clients
    • Ensuring compliance and legislative requirements are upheld
    • Efficient and accurate collation of data for reports including data management
    • Being the point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and chasing outstanding documentation
    • Resolving outstanding queries and ensuring contractors/clients are ready for payment/invoicing
    • Chasing outstanding invoices and payments making sure payments are received within the agreed timeframes.

Skills and Requirements

  • Detail and precision orientated, previous experience in administration
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, competent in the use of Microsoft Office (with strong Excel skills)
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience within an account setting advantageous
  • Experience with Sage X3 preferential
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • 3 A-levels or equivalent level qualification at A* to C (obtained or predicted)
