- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and documents.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries, delivering excellent customer service and directing queries to appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
- A proactive and organised approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
