SALARY - £45,000
My innovative engineering client is looking to take on a Quality Engineer.
The Quality Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree, HND Qualification in Quality, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical subject
- Have industry experience working within a similar quality engineer role within another manufacturing engineering environment
- Experience of working in an ISO9001 environments ideally
- Good knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools such as 8D, Six Sigma etc.
- Experience working with customers & suppliers
The Quality Engineer role will involve:
- Working full time onsite as part of the engineering team
- Ensuring all products and services meet ISO90001 standards
- Conducting quality audits
- Implementing any process improvements that are identified
- Working as part of a cross-functional team
- Supporting overall continuous improvement activities
