Our client is seeking a dynamic Administrator to join their Asbestos Removals outfit in the North West, the company is a well-accredited, professional outfit with a growing client base. The role will be multi-faceted, as such, the successful candidate must be able to adapt and turn their hand to a variety of tasks. The role will involve commuting to the office on a daily basis, so candidates must be based locally or must be happy to travel. Salaries and benefits are competitive and include good scope for further development.

Ideally, candidates will be based around: Altrincham, Oldham, Rochdale, Heywood, Bury, Bolton, Hyde, Glossop, Marple, Stockport, Wilmslow, Knutsford, Macclesfield, Northwich, Manchester, Stretford, Eccles, Buxton, Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield, St Helens, Prescot, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Kirkby, Runcorn, Widnes, Frodsham.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience working as an Administrator, within an Asbestos removals company
- Will have a good understanding of the industry and technical guidelines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent experience with IT software, such as the Office suite
- Detail oriented and good organisational skills
- Professional manner

The Role:
- Supporting the successful running of a busy Asbestos company on a daily basis through administrative and organisational tasks
- Answering client enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
- Managing a busy diary for site staff, by booking, rearranging and cancelling appointments
- Processing incoming documents from site staff and sending onto clients
- Raising and processing invoices
- Updating company records and documenting the progress of projects
- Ordering materials, equipment and materials as required
- Maintaining and building strong working relationships with clients
