Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a strong customer service orientation. This role involves managing sales administration tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the sales process.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars using Outlook.
- Generate reports on sales performance and assist in analysing data for strategic planning.
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilise IT software, including Word and other office applications, to create documents and presentations as needed.
- Organise sales materials and ensure that all necessary documentation is readily available for the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in IT software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal skills within a customer service environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
