Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating our product offerings to potential customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and utilising analytical skills to assess market trends.
Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the housing association and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the general insurance or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 'C' Grade achieved for Maths and English at GCSE level preferable
