Role Overview: Accounts Payable Associate
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll be an essential part of our finance team, ensuring that supplier invoices are processed efficiently and according to company policy. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader or Manager, you'll manage everything from VIP accounts and rent payments to handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations. You'll also help manage unallocated cash, review debit balances, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Inbox management/supplier queries
  • Invoices exceptions
  • Xelix errors/duplications
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Supplier management & calls
  • Urgent payment initial creation
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Manage unallocated cash
  • Review GRNI
  • Review Debit balances

Role Requirements:

  • Working towards a professional qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE
  • Fluent in English; knowing another European language (French, Polish, German) is a plus
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem solver
  • Excellent communicator who can collaborate with teams at all levels
