Realistic OTE £35,000 year one

The basic salary for this role is £27,500 plus commission. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. Hybrid working of 2 days at home per week is available subject to training/probation.

The Role

  • Generating leads for a software solution
  • Call new prospects and old prospects
  • To work to a strategy for new business development with the Business Development Manager
  • To excel in providing compelling sales messages to prospective clients
  • Identify specific vertical markets that could potentially benefit from the screening service
  • To provide verbal and written communication about the award winning services to clients Utilise social media such as LinkedIn where appropriate
  • Advise and assist clients looking to outsource their eequirements
  • Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries

Requirements

  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Extensive B2B sales experience
  • Strong industry knowledge (payroll, umbrella or finance), or coming from a recruitment background would be desirable
