Platinum Recruitment are supporting one of the fastest growing SMEs in South Manchester hire their first Operations Manager to oversee business operations alongside the leadership team and aide company growth.

The business is a high energy boutique service organization working in conjunction with the government and UK legislation to provide the best national service to all consumers. Operating under strict compliance it is essential that you are comfortable working in a controlled environment where policy is managed and adhered to.

You will support a team a 12 staff who are operating at operations admin level dealing with compliance and contracts so its vital that you are a strong manager who has a clear communication style who respects colleagues however understand that there must be guidelines and boundaries set to ensure an exceptional service. You will deal with day to day management through to quarterly & annual appraisals and would assume responsibility of this immediately.

Each year this business see's transformation therefore an adaptable approach to change in legislation is required in order to continue to build on the impressive platform already created.

Your reporting lines will be to the full leadership team of CEO, CFO, HR Director & Operations Director so you will be supported and included in all business decisions and growth, they will truly value and respect your input.

As a newly created role there is no fixed ideology of the perfect set of skills however one thing that is more than vital is the staff management element as this will form the core part of the role initially and improving the performance and resetting expectations.
