Job Title: Experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor
Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury (PI) Fee Earner or Solicitor to join our team in Altrincham. We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to manage a mixed caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA), Employers Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 120-130 PI cases (RTA, EL, and PL).
- Handle cases independently, with minimal supervision or training required.
- Progress cases efficiently, with the opportunity to move into more complex multi-track cases over time.
- Maintain a high standard of client service and communication throughout case lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Fee Earner or Solicitor, capable of managing your own caseload from day one.
- Strong knowledge of Proclaim case management software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle a busy caseload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Additional Information
- Full-time, office-based role located in Altrincham.
- Hybrid working model - 3 days in office 2 at home
- Onsite parking available for all staff.
