Certain Advantage is hiring for a Property Client Case Handler based in Altrincham. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Property Client Case Handler to support the conveyancing team in providing excellent service to clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong organisational and communication skills, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated file issues raised by clients or developers.
  • Update the breach log and follow up on outstanding documents for files where the fee earner is no longer with the firm.
  • Audit files as requested by developers, clients, or as part of the quarterly performance review process.
  • Co-sign files for exchange, ensuring both individual and company files are properly processed.
  • Manage historic file requests and inquiries on cases where the original handler has departed, including addressing post-completion issues affecting registration or property sales.
  • Maintain the Staff Database with current team details and assigned developers/sites.
  • Handle anti-fraud restriction calls.
  • Provide cover for the New Build Admin Team Manager.
  • Oversee the allocation of tasks in the manager's shared and tech in-boxes.

£30,000-£35,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus. Hybrid available after period of training

The individual

We're looking for people who have :

  • Minimum of two year's experience as a case handler with a focus on new build files.
  • Proven track record in team management, including effective delegation and performance oversight.
  • Solid technical knowledge of new build processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve issues on files.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using Proclaim or similar case management software.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing relationships with developers.
