Berkeley Scott is partnered with an award-winning luxury Bar & Restaurant to help them find a Senior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. You will be cooking with great quality fresh ingredients to a high company standards.

Your new role as our Senior Sous Chef:
- Managing kitchen brigade

- Scratch cooking to high company standards
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
What we ask of you:
- Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
- Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in a similar branded environment
- Great communication skills
